Rates includes a welcome fruit bowl, WiFi, daily breakfast and services by villa team (Villa manager, villa attendants, gardener and pool maintenance)
Rates
Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:
Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate
Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate
After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
Check-in and Check-out
Linen and Towels
Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
Chef on Request
Chef service costs THB1,500++/Meal (lunch or dinner) or THB 2,500++/Day (lunch and dinner) and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Please take note that advance booking for chef service is required and it is subject to availability of chef.
Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Extra Bedding and Child Policy
Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person inclusive of daily breakfast. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
Under 4 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.
A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
